Management is a profession and a privilege. It can be coveted, elusive and difficult to understand for those aspiring to rise to the highest levels.

My name is Marcel Kotowski, and throughout my career, I have seen disproportionate gaps in training, education and professionalism in management structures.

I have been a leader in global corporations and small organisations alike. Over the last 15 years, I have led technical, operational and project teams. Out of this experience comes a desire to inspire a new generation of managers.

I am a Chartered Manager working in the United Kingdom. The book I wrote whilst studying for my MBA was one of the top-selling positions only weeks after release. Now, I want to share my experience with you.
